Here is our list of, top 20 easy bakes for kids. As I mentioned previously, myself, Jack and Lily have been enjoying the time we’ve spent in the kitchen baking. And that we planned to compile this list, which we have finally agreed on. After much debate…my choice of lemon drizzle cake wasn’t allowed on the list. I’m still sulking…

That’s our complete list of the top 20 easy bakes for kids. We’ve enjoyed making the ones we’ve done so far, and wait to get on with making the remaining ones on the list. Which ones are your favourite? Which ones are you most looking forward to us making? For me personally, as we are from Derbyshire, I can’t wait to have a go at the Cherry Bakewell Cupcakes.

Thanks for sharing this great list! Would you say any of the ideas are more suitable for baking with a 2/3 year old? I’d love to introduce my son to baking but I’m not 100% sure he’s ready yet haha.

The fairy cakes are the best for starting with, at that age even if it’s just getting them to help out a bit. It’s a start and can be fun.
What a great list! Think I’ve tried to make most of these, there’s a couple I haven’t though like the cherry bake well cup cakes, which I really want to do now 😊

I’m seeing lots of things on this list that I used to bake with my grandparents when I was little. I think it’s great to introduce kids to cooking/ baking when they’re young. Have fun ticking off the rest!

My two will love so many of these – I would love to bake with them but I’m awful at it and haven’t properly tried. May look into some of these recipes, simple but effective!
Yeah just have a bash at them, I basically taught myself how to bake, and it often went wrong, and still does to be honest 😂
